He created and sold many of Wag's shows including long running returning series 'What on Earth', 'Strange Evidence' and 'NASA's Unexplained Files' for Science Channel; history series 'Trains That Changed The World' and 'World War Weird' for UKTV; 'Death Row: The Final 24 Hours' for Discovery; 'Ancient X Files' and 'World's Weirdest' for National Geographic Channel.
Eliya is a founding member of Wag Entertainment and has, in some capacity, been across more than 600 hours of programming during her time at the company.
She is responsible for supporting the business across all operational areas and execs a slate of Wag's returning series. Recently these have included 'Dan and Helen's Pennine Adventure' - Channel Five, 'Instagram's Worst Con Artist' - ITV, 'Great British Landmark Fixers'-Yesterday and 'Combat Dealers'- Discovery.
Eliya is involved in the company's development and creative strategy, often overseeing new projects from conception to delivery and was recently named as one of 2023's Breakthrough Leaders.
Kate oversees all aspects of the production and post-production, and negotiates deal terms and budgets with broadcasters all over the world.
Prior to joining Wag, she worked at various production companies including TwoFour and Splash Media, where she was Head of Production.
Her credits span every genre and include BBC doc series 'Imagine', BBC drama 'Candy Cabs', 'Piers Morgan On' for ITV1, 'Desperate Scousewives' for E4, and live studio series 'The Underdog Show' for BBC2.
Bridget is a much respected and very experienced television executive who has held a range of senior jobs at the BBC and ITV. She has headed up large in-house factual departments at both broadcasters and run huge slates of key prime time titles and as commissioner of Factual Programmes at ITV she commissioned a range of prime time ratings hits.
As an award winning executive producer she has a track record of delivering high quality factual programmes across a range of networks. She is a proven business winner who can genrate, develop and pitch ideas.
As Creative Director at Wag she is responsible for steering the company into the next phase of its growth by expanding its output in the UK and developing business for the streaming platforms. Focusing on premium factual, she oversees Wag's development slate across all networks and also executive produces some of their key titles.
Bridget has already established Wag as a key supplier of true crime titles with commissions for Netflix, Paramount+, ITVX and C5.
Jane is a highly experienced senior development creative, with over 25 years of production experience. She has series produced a range of factual programmes with a focus on access, human stories, travel and adventure. She has a proven track record of developing and winning commissions for networks including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky, TLC, Nat Geo/Disney+ and Apple TV.
As UK Director of Developent Jane's role is to help Wag expand its presence in the UK and support the push into the global streamer market. Jane builds excellent relationships with talent and has already helped secure a new travelogue with Dan Walker and Helen Skelton for C5 which she is also one of the Executive Producers.
In previous roles as Head of Development, Jane has helped win the following commissions: The Grand Party Hotel (BBC1), Inside Dubai: Playgrounds of the Rich and Famous (BBC2), Me & My Guide Dog (ITV1), Britain's Most Luxurious Hotels (Ch4) and Westminster Abbey:Behind Closed Doors (C5).
With over 25 years of content sales experience, Janice Strangward has over the length of her career, distributed content from all programming genres to a variety of networks and content platfoms and has direct sales experience of negotiating with all territories worldwide.
Having previously worked within several content distribution departments to include Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Discovery Communications, Passion Distribution, Entertainment One, Al Jazeera Networks and Zee Television.
Janice joined Wag Entertainment Ltd in 2017 as Head of Sales to manage global sales activities to include the acquisition of third-party content for distribution.
Kelly joined Wag in 2004 and is the company's longest serving Production Manager.
She has production managed over 1,000 hours of programming in multiple genres for dozens of different networks.
Looking after a slate of more than 30 hours annually, Kelly oversees productions that are filmed all over the world.
She has facilitated access-based docs within highly sensitive organisations such as NATO and the US Military.
